The antique furniture has been patiently sourced from local antique dealers and second-hand shops and blends beautifully with baroque pieces. The main space of the country house is housed in the beautiful barn, around a monumental fireplace, while the living rooms and library upstairs invite you to stop for a snack, a reading break, or board games in any season. The heated pool at La Bastide de Marie is protected by a stone wall and blends in with the contours of the building. The garden pool faces the vineyards and blends into the greenery. Like a pond, it has been restored in keeping with the spirit of the two original fish ponds on the site.
