Nestled among vineyards stretching as far as the eye can see, with the Luberon ridges and the blue sky as a backdrop, the Domaine de Marie covers some thirty hectares. From a chic and romantic country house to a delightful restaurant and a cellar producing fine wines, from private villas to a Provençal hamlet and now from a vast vegetable garden to a farm-laboratory, this estate with gardens filled with roses and olive trees is an ode to the land and the art of living in Provence. In every season.

Whether on the terrace, in the shade of a massive linden tree, or in La Salle à Manger, with its chic, vintage ambiance, you can savor melt-in-your-mouth, succulent roasted meats—absolutely irresistible—accompanied by an array of mushrooms, truffles, grapes transformed into juices and jellies, and roasted or stuffed vegetables freshly picked from the garden. The desserts, beautifully flavorful and colorful, also aptly celebrate the flavors of the seasons, such as the pan-seared strawberries with pistachios or the clafoutis made with cherries from the orchard. For on this estate, everything perfectly embodies Provence.

All around the Bastide, the vineyards stretch as far as the eye can see. Domaine de Marie crafts its own wines, currently in the process of converting to organic farming, with deep respect for the terroir. Each grape variety is tended with care, and every vintage reflects the character of the Luberon. Discover our wines on-site, in the cellar or at the Bastide’s dining table. Each day, the chef creates regional cuisine inspired by the vineyard and the vegetable garden. Refined yet simple, it poetically and perfectly highlights the flavors of the fruits and vegetables grown right next door in the large vegetable garden.

Redcurrants, cherries, figs, blackcurrants... Fruit trees dot the estate's paths, offering gourmet fruit in fine weather that we enjoy fresh for breakfast, in homemade jams, juices or as an accompaniment to our desserts.
Cherry blossoms mark the return of spring, while figs, bursting with sugar, herald the last of summer's sweetness. A living orchard, where each harvest tells the story of Provence's generosity.

Our beehives vibrate in the heart of the Bastide, nestled between lavender and olive trees. The bees forage tirelessly, attracted by the profusion of edible flowers: nasturtiums, violets, marigolds, borage... This abundance of vegetation encourages pollination and produces a subtle, floral honey, the estate's signature.

In the shade of cypress trees, our century-old olive trees whisper the secrets of Provence. Hand-harvested, the olives are delicately cold-pressed to produce a precious oil: fruity, round and intensely fragrant.
