Flexible 2024 rates

Deposit*: 50% of the total cost of your stay must be paid on booking.

Cancellation*: no charge up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show: the total amount of the reserved stay will be charged.

Change of stay: In the event of a change of arrival and/or departure date, the full amount of the initial stay will be invoiced as compensation, without any further formality.

Please note that reservations for 5 or more rooms are subject to different conditions.

Prepaid rates

Deposit*: 100% of the total amount of the stay is to be paid at the time of booking.

Cancellation*: The full amount of the prepayment will be retained for any cancellation.

Change of stay: In the event of a change of arrival and/or departure date, the full amount of the initial stay will be invoiced as compensation, without any further formality.

Supplements applicable from 3ᵉ person in room per night :

- Room and breakfast : Adult and child over 12: €95 / Child 3-12: €78

- Half-board room: Adults and children over 12: €208 / Children aged 3-12: €113

Baby facilities: Available.

Pet: €30 per day excluding food.

Tourist tax: €4.40 per day per person over 18, €5 from January 1ᵉʳ, 2025.

VAT: Our rates include a 10% VAT rate. They are indicated according to the taxes currently in force, and may be modified according to the taxes applicable at the time of your stay.

Arrival: Rooms are available from 4pm.

Departure: Rooms must be vacated by 12.00 pm at the latest. A penalty of the amount of the night will be applied for any departure after this time.

Non-smoking rooms: Please note that all our rooms are non-smoking. In the event of non-compliance, you will be charged for the cost of restoring the room to its original state.

Pure Altitude Spa

Your arrival at the Spa: We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the time of your treatment in order to fully enjoy your experience. Please note that late arrivals will not result in extended treatments.

Relaxation and disconnection: Spa Pure Altitude is a sanctuary dedicated to relaxation. Please turn off your cell phones to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all our guests.

Health conditions: For your own safety, please inform us of any health problems (heart problems, phlebitis, arthritis, ulcers, cancer under treatment, etc.), allergies or injuries that could affect the smooth running of your treatment. Please also inform us if you are pregnant.

Pregnancy: For safety reasons, we do not massage pregnant women during the first trimester of pregnancy. Specific programs adapted to the needs of pregnant women are available. Please ask for advice at the Spa reception desk.

Personal items: In each massage room, there are baskets where you can leave your jewelry. However, we recommend that you remove all personal belongings before you arrive. Please note that the hotel declines all responsibility for lost or forgotten items in bathrobes.

Wellness area: Our wellness area is reserved exclusively for hotel guests. It is forbidden to smoke or consume alcohol in our areas.

Cancellation policy: Treatment prepaid, non-cancellable. Can be changed up to 24 hours before treatment time if rescheduled, subject to availability.
