Our Villas

MAS VERMENTINO, VILLA GRENACHE & VILLA SYRHA

Payment : Reservations are only considered firm when accompanied by a deposit, deductible at the end of the agreed stay, of 25% of the total amount of the stay. The balance of the stay must be paid at the latest 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation: All payments will be retained in the event of a cancellation.

Tourist tax:€5.39 per day per person over 18 years of age.

Shortened stay: In case of delayed arrival or early departure, the initial amount of the stay will be charged in full, no refund will be made.

Arrival: We will do our best to have your villa ready as soon as possible. However, please note that this can only be done after 5pm. Please inform us in case of late arrival.

Departure : The villa must be vacated by 10:00 am at the latest. A penalty of the amount of the night will be applied for any departure after this time. Please note that our villas are non-smoking. In case of non respect, you will be charged for the cost of cleaning.

Pets welcome: $35 per day, excluding food.

Pets are allowed in the establishment under the following conditions:

• Animals must be kept on a leash in common areas and must not be left unattended under any circumstances.
• The customer is fully responsible for their pet during their stay, particularly in the event of damage, noise pollution, or disturbance caused to other customers or staff.
• Any damage, soiling, or deterioration caused by an animal will be subject to additional charges, including repair or specific cleaning costs if necessary.
• For health and safety reasons, housekeeping staff are not permitted to clean rooms while pets are present. Guests must ensure that their pets are either absent or under control when housekeeping staff enter the room.
• The team at La Bastide de Marie reserves the right to refuse or interrupt the animal's stay in the event of non-compliance with these rules, without this giving rise to any refund.

* For payment of the deposit (50% or 100%, depending on the rate chosen) and in the case of payment by credit card, the latter will be debited at the time of purchase, i.e. at the time of confirmation, via a secure payment link.
