Head to the cellar with Abdel to learn how to taste like a professional: ruby, garnet, lemon, amber, floral, mineral, vegetal, raspberry, undergrowth, tobacco: the vocabulary of oenology will hold no secrets for you. Initiate yourself to the visual examination, the dresses, the first and second noses, then finally comes the time for the gustatory examination! For around 1h30, we'll take you on a tour of the vineyards near the Bastide, explain the grape varieties and then taste the wines.
