"Between vineyards and gardens, the vast permaculture vegetable garden abounds in fruit, vegetables, edible flowers and aromatic herbs. These treasures of the earth form the basis of the chef's cuisine, homemade herbal teas and Pure Altitude beautytreatments. Once harvested, they are directly worked and transformed in the large farm-laboratory nestled in the heart of the vineyards: a building of contemporary, uncluttered architecture, partly underground, dedicated to the production of the estate's olive oil and honey, since it is home to hundreds of olive trees and some twenty beehives.
