He will tell you how everything is done here to preserve the natural balance of the place, according to a reasoned viticulture, how the fruit ripens quietly to soak up the sun, and will explain with passion the different stages of the wine making process. Not forgetting a tasting of our best vintages, accompanied by local specialities!
